Experimentation and innovation are at the heart of our Dream series. Whether it’s comparing small variances in recipes, flirting with unfamiliar styles or trialling new ingredients, our goal is to keep learning, develop fresh techniques and hone our processes. All this in the hope of brewing your dream beer!
Dream #9 & Dream #10 have both been dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic. This time around we’re tinkering with the ratios of naked to standard oats in the mash, where Dream #10 has the higher percentage of standard oats.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, thick head.
Smell is juicy and a bit sweet with notes of mango orange, grass and melon.
Taste is juicy and frity with some dankness to it. Notes of unripe mango, citrus, melon and grass with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is edium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable NE IPA.

Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of tangerine and papaya. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly grassy and dank hops, with citrus and tropical notes of tangerine, grapefruit and papaya, as well as just a hint of grassy weed. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some tangerine and papaya lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
I though that having Dream #9 and #10 together might make for an interesting side-by-side, but to be honest, these both taste and feel more or less exactly the same to me. Sure, the difference is is the oats only, but there's no significant difference in mouthfeel that I can tell either, with the #10 feeling perhaps just a tad fuller, but certainly not significantly so. Apart from that, these make for a pretty good NEIPA, although I certainly had better from Fuerst Wiacek. There's a good, zesty juiciness to this, but the hops could still feel a little more vibrant and well-defined for my personal taste, with the #10 possibly feeling a tad more vibrant as well. Overall, these make for tasty, but not exceptional NEIPAs, which the mouthfeel not feeling outsatnding for either of them.
