Served in a Tulip from the can here at cervecería Esparte from the can.

Appearance: Hazy gold with a white head rising maybe half a fingers length off the body.

Smell: light hop aroma which dissipates faster than you can blink.

Taste: Has a Belgian or French yeast feel to the brew which comes off super sticky.

Mouth: Sticky body with a soft carbonation

Overall: very good brew with a extra yeasty body but with zero complaints from me.

Pours a hazy, deep orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with notes of passion fruit and orange, with some herbal, earthy accents as well. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly herbal, earthy hops, with tropical and citrus notes of passion fruit, papaya, pineapple, orange and tangerine. Finishes bittersweet with a light bitterness and booziness, as well as some papaya, tangerine and herbal accents lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonations.

This makes for a good, not great Triple NEIPA that combines some of the better and worse hallmarks of the style, with some rather rich and vibrant, although slightly overripe, tropical and citrus notes, being just a tad too sweet and boozy as well, although it's really not too bad. I like the herbal and earthy notes from Idaho 7, kinda reminiscent of black tea, providing a bit more character here, not just feeling like a fruit salad NEIPA, but wish that there wasn't that certain booziness to it.
