Pours a hazy light orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, sweet and a bit floral. Notes of peach, peach syrup, melon, leomgrass and some dank, resiny pine.
Taste is juicy, sweet and dank. Some floral hints and notes of citrus, peach, pine, melon and lemongrass. Good bitterness with some herbal and earthy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice hybrid IPA, good combination of pine and juice.

Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a large, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus, slighly herbal hops, with notes of grapefruit and lemongrass. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, slightly floral and herbal hops, with citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine, as well as just a hint of lemongrass and potpourri. Finishes with a very light bitterness and some grapefruit and tangerine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While I do realize that this is a NEIPA, being single-hopped with Chinook made me expect this to be one of those NE/WC crossover IPAs and I was quite looking forward to how they might incorporate the resinous bitterness of Chinook into the NEIPA style. Unfortunately, they just didn't, which makes me wonder why use Chinook at all in the first place? There's zero resinous bitterness to this and very little herbal/earthy qualities either, which just feels like the completely butchered the hop variety to make it fit the NEIPA style. What's the point, just use another variety if that's what you're going for. This is still quite good in its own way and the vibrant citrus notes they managed to get out of Chinook are kinda impressive, but it's just not what I expected at all.
