Copenhagen 11/2 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Orange can with a blue money with a Tennis Ball for a snout.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the dies of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Sweet Peach and Pineapple. Grapefruit and Lime. Tart notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine zesty brew.
