DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Mosaic 701 & Citra.
At Fuerst Wiacek innovation is extremely important to us. We constantly experiment with new ways of doing things and adjust and improve our methods based on these experiments. That's why we jumped at the chance to be part of the FWD innovation program from Yakima Chief.
We are the only German brewery to take part in the program which gives us access to exclusive new hop products and strains. The first product is a brand new hop extract, Mosaic 701.

Copenhagen 23/2 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Purple can in Fuerst Wiaceks usual design with a strange Cosmic Plant.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam stretching bro cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a pleasant odor of ripe Tropical fruit mingling with unripe berries and Citrus fruit. Pineapple and Peach. gooseberries and Lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a quite strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while Finish is dry.
Fine sharp specimen.
