Double Dry Hopped with Citra & Nelson Sauvin
A fresh and funky collab with our good friends from Barrier Brewing Co in New York. This one screams ORANGES! It's juice, orange juice. Fresh squeezed orange juice with just a hint of that winey, sauvignon-blancy taste that we all love from our friend from Down Under, Nelson. The aromas are a curious and complex bunch featuring vanilla, wild garlic and the surprising scent of Pecorino. It's crisp. It's creamy. It's bitter.

Copenhagen 18/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Purple can with a deconstructed sandwich. Truly a Midnight snack.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit with a touch of sharp alcohol mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and Apricot. Tart citrus and Grapefruit. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, Soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent without being too boozy.
