Copenhagen 23/10 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. What looks like a single, vinyl record in the center of the can with a blue and pink pattern of stars in the background.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit with a touch of candy. Mingling with a scent of citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Bubblegum and sugar. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily, soft, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Showcasing Centennial. So if you are intro Bubblegum and citrus fruit this will work.
