Copenhagen 10/7 2023. 44 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Light blue can with simple and naive figures.
Pours opaque orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin remnants of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Ripe peach, pineapple and mango. Lemon and grapefruit.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet fruity undertone. Lightly searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and well-balanced DIPA.
