Copenhagen 18/9 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Reddish brown can with mysterious black objects floating amid golden splashy fluid.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet ripe stone fruits mingling with sweet and tart citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Juicy blood orange. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft. kind of flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense either way a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undetone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice and bitter - but a bit flat.

440 ml can, as Fuerst Wiacek Rococo DDH IPA, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6.8%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of papaya and guava, hints of other tropical fruits. Flavour of citrus, tropical fruits and pine needles, moderate bitterness.
