For this one we teamed up with the farm Freestyle Hops from New Zealand and trialed their concentrated lupulin products Motueka & Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief. SubZero Hop Kief adds a creamier mouthfeel and a complex juicy profile compared to T90 hops.
IPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Motueka & Nelson Sauvin.

Copenhagen 7/9 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Grey can with what looks like conceptual arts from the eighties. An obsidian face in profile on a very red background.
Pours opaque hay, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits. Floral touch. Tart and sweet citrus fruit peeking in. Ripe peach and nectarine. perfumed notes. Tangeringe. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty and potent phantom.
