West Coast IPA – Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc & Callista.
"Well, this one was certainly a special brew day for us. Long time friend of FW, Paul, the founder of one of the UK's best hop juice factories, Cloudwater, paid us a visit in September. He arrived with a whole bunch of ideas and also a whole bunch of sound recording equipment. What came out of this meeting of minds was the notion to brew a modern, West Coast IPA using exclusively German hops and the creation of a soundscape that provides an aural representation of the processes used to brew that beer. We recommend following the link below, putting on your best headphones, popping open a can of BUZZIN! and fully immersing yourself into the experience of this beer. Fresh, bright and vibrant in the glass ringing with intense flavours of pine resin, lemon zest, crisp white wine, pomelo and nectarine. The finish is as long as the Lord Of The Rings extended box set, you'll still have its taste on your tongue days after drinking. It’s desert dry and tongue shrivellingly bitter. 440ml can. A strong and delicious American-style IPA from Berlin (in collaboration with Manchester’s Cloudwater). Floral and fruity with solid bitterness. Less piney and resinous than other Westies. Dangerously easy to drink despite the 7.2% ABV.
