Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brief lasting white head. Leaves behind a couple spots of lacing.
Aroma of wheat malt and green apple.
Taste is tangy wheat malt, pencil eraser, green apple, and slight banana. Aftertaste does not linger.
Medium mouthfeel. Gets dry in the finish. Okay carbonation, but seems a little flat.
Missing some cloves but does express some esters.
