It's time to sit back and allow the transfer of taste to occur. The current of beer will carry notes of citrus, stone fruit, & a touch of pine. We hit this easy drinking IPA with Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial, Columbus, & Cascade hops in the kettle. Then dry hoped it with a modest amount of Mosaic & El Dorado.
