Smell that? That's the smell of money. Hops are expensive! Hazy IPA showcasing New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect notes of passionfruit, pineapple, gooseberry, and peach.

Poured from 16-ounce can into a snulip glass. Big burst of tropical fruit aroma (pineapple, mango) on opening the can. Very hazy pale yellow, with a thick long-lasting white head. Good retention, loads of pretty curtain lacing. Big aromas and flavors of the aforementioned, with orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, and a hint of pine. Rather dry on the palate, with some astringency and notes of umami. A little citrus juice lingers on the palate on the finish. Great showcase for the Nelson Sauvin hop. Well done!
