Hazy Double IPA double dry hopped with Wakatu, Strata, & Mosaic hops. We fermented this one with Helioo Gazer yeast from Omega Yeast labs, unlocking increased thiols that combine with the hops to produce huge flavor and aromas of passionfruit, guava, and citrus.
