This Golden Ale was called Botanica for the mix of selected hops used in the recipe. It’s a golden blonde beer with spicy and yellow fruit notes (apple, pear); the excellent balance between the malted body and hops’ bitter makes it very easily drinkable. Ideal for the whole meal, to be matched to pasta or meat dishes or cheese. It goes very well with wurstel, sausages, cured meats but also with potatoes, especially fries. It’s delicious with every sort of pizza and ideal with the typical Belgian dish ‘les moules’ (mussels).

Deep golden, lightly veiled. White, compact, creamy head.
At the smell fresh and spicy notes, pepper. Then peach, a light melon. Some herbal notes, coriander.
A bit less fresh in the taste, with a stronger herbal note. Again pepper and melon. Some yeast, coriander.
More than honest.
