Solid amber color with a thick head with decent retention.
Nice sour aroma with notes of strawberries, salt, raspberries and a bit of funky horse sweat.
Flavor with notes of raspberries, salt, muffled malt sweetness, lemon drops and strawberries. Dry and acid aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation
Well-done Gose with lots of raspberries and strawberries notes and perfect attenuation.
