On-tap at Capital Hop Shop, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has very good retention properties.
S: Slight aromas of pale mots are present in the nose along with hints of corn.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of pale bits with bits of corn. There is an ever so slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is like a hybrid between a Light Lager and an American Pale Lager.
