Hazy amber color with a thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with caramel, red apples and honey notes predominating over some mild citrusy notes.
Flavor with notes of peaches, lemon, a bit of pine, pineapple, caramels, something lightly sour, hay and herbal tea notes. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Over sweet nose, but a bit more together in the mouth with strong fruity notes balanced by lemony and herbal hops. This doesn't fit to an APA style and felt a bit confusing.
