New old brewery in the old Temperance space tucked away off Dempster. After years of contract brewing all around the city, they finally have a place to call their own.
Modern feel with light blonde wood shelves behind the bar and pale green subway tile back bar and below the outer bar. Nice to have a rail, seating is modern and comfortable inside. Outside there is a tree shaded patio with weathered wood and long picnic tables.
Service and selection were great. Variety of styles, including some surprising traditional ones, and plenty of packaged beer to go.
Snacks, wine, and NA bevs rounded out the selection. Highlights were the coffee stout, German pilsner, and NZ hopped amber for me.
Overall it’s a great location with far above average beer. Looking forward to returning soon.
