A: Poured dark cooper. A single finger of tan-white head. Head retention and lacing were almost nonexistent!
S: Carmel malt and citrus hops.
T: Hops grab right up front. Then Carmel malt kicks in. The finish is nicely bready and bitter, in perfect balance.
M: Medium body with medium carbonation. A crisp, bitter after taste.
O: Only tried it as a sampler, but was impressed by the balance and range of tastes from start to finish.

Had this one at the brewpub with lunch today. Came out a slightly hazy dark amber with a finger-width creamy off-white head on top. The nose was fairly average with some pine notes, sweet malts, and a bit of grass.
Good moderately full mouth. Ample carbonation. Smooth finish. Fairly tame on the hop front. Could use a bit more punch, but still retains plenty of flavor. Sweet malty balance, and finishes bready with hints of bitterness. Extremely drinkable. I could have one after the other of this offering. Nothing too unique, just a standard drinkable ale.

Poured a deep copper with not much head but I did notice some traces of lace on the glass so it may have been sitting for a few minutes before getting to us,aromas of of toasted malt and some caramel but it was light and u had to try to pick it up.This beer to me tasted more like a lighter ESB than amber good biscuity malt character as well as fruitiness with a lightly bitter finish, the flavor was one of the best traits of this brew.pretty thin for the style for sure that is why I only had one.
