Appearance: Arrives the color of pink grapefruit juice topped off with a modest head of foam; a few strands of lace are left behind
Smell: Lactic and floral with tart citrus tones
Taste: Slightly bready, up front, with lactic and floral citrus tones developing; the floral and citrus elements intermingle through the finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really refreshing and quite different (the brewer describes it as a sour white ale with hibiscus, lavender and Pakistani rosebuds); love the way the floral and citrus tones blend together
