Sampled at the brewpub on February 23rd, 2008.
Appearance: Black body with a small, fizzy, khaki-colored head.
Smell: Simple, though agreeable aroma of vanilla and chocolate Tootsie Rolls.
Taste: Flavor akin to a vanilla cola with a bit of semi-sweet chocolate. Hint of roasty, earthy bitterness kicks in midway. Same till finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: It's okay! A sweetish beer that leans towards being a lighter, more drinkable stout.
