It had been awhile since I had been out to Liberty,it seems the beers have gotten better.Came to the table in a standard pint a deep murky amber mixed russet with a thinner but well retained white head.Aromas had a little citric hop kick along with some earthiness and a tinge od sharp leafy spice from the rye.Decent complexities on the palate, slightly lactic-like rye flavors, citric hop,and a hefty earthiness in the finish.A real nice hopped up rye beer here, worth going to HP to try.
