Deep River Wheat aged on Raspberries, Cherries, and Blackberries and Fermented with Brett, Lapto, and Pediococcus. Brewed for 2012 American Craft Beer Week.
A very nice raspberry Framboise. Heavy esters of raspberries and slight cherry/blackberry nose and flavor. Medium mouthfeel and nicely carbed make this an easy drinker.
