Inspired by Czech tradition, our Pilsner is light in color and body with a clean, bitter finish. Czech Saaz hops impart soft floral and grassy aromas. This style is deceptively difficult to brew, and we’ve worked hard to perfect our take on this unassuming lager.

Can from Halftime. Bright, clear golden, nice high, fluffy head. Grainy , grassy aroma follow by a crisp malty flavor with a light bitter edge. Spot on and easy to drink, tasty.

On tap at Brazil Craft Beer and Wine Lounge in Jamestown, NY.

This one pours a golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like floral sweetness, some herbal bitterness, and breadiness.

This is solid, but fairly unassuming, with a little bit of sweetness, some floral and grassy, herbal-ish bitterness, with a crisp malt backbone.

This is light bodied, clean, and super drinkable.

This is solid – maybe a little less sweetness and a little more bite and it would be top tier.

Golden color with a lasting head. Smelled is of immediate lemony zesty herbal noble hops. The taste is bitter up front with the zest and hops followed by biscuit and saltine. The feel is dry and the ibu must be pushing 55 it is very dry then falls off wanting more. Excellent beer.

Slightly hazy yellow color with a thick head that dissipates but leaves significant lacing. Smell is grassy and pleasant but nothing special. The taste is the best part of this beer. Very clean with a quick bitter finish. Really easy to drink beer with a good amount of flavor. It’s become a recent favorite of mine. Definitely would recommend.
