We may be biased, but to us New York City is the Center of the Universe. Our latest beer pays homage to the beautiful ceiling at Grand Central Terminal and this amazing city we are lucky to call home. Artwork by the one and only Paulina Ho.
This beer has significant malt and hop presence. It’s aggressively hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, Equinox, and Simcoe before a massive double dry hopping of Citra, Simcoe, Equinox, and Simcoe Lupulin Powder. The assertive stone fruit, piney, and citrusy hop character is balanced out by a bready malt backbone and a touch of bitterness.
