Collaboration with YellowBelly Brewery
Heavy on the citrus and tropical fruit due to a massive hopping with Cashmere, Amarillo, and Cascade. This beer was brewed with our friends from the Broadway musical "Come From Away" and The Happy Hour Guys. This is the fifth in the series of the Broadway Brews project. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Tuesday's Children fund.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin film of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with notes of limes.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of honeydew melon and limes along with faint bits of grapefruit and herbal hops, the latter of which become a tad stronger as the beer warms up. A light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The hop aromas and flavors in this APA seem to be more delicate compared to other beers in the style. I liked the interplay of the citrus/tropical fruits and herbal hops once the beer started to warm up.
