A blonde ale brewed with Mosaic and Cascade hops. Notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, are backed up by both floral and herbal undertones, especially as it warms. Detectable bitterness, but not overwhelming. Slight honey sweetness from caramel malt, but with a bone dry finish.

Pours a deep straw yellow, 1" frothy white head that settles quickly to a thick ring; bit cloudy, some suspended particulate; light lacing. Nose is hop forward, light resin and tropical fruit, even some light diesel. Flavor has a lingering, candylike sweetness to it but without any bitterness from the hops; not a whole ton of depth. Mouthfeel is on the thinner side with light but active carbonation. Wanted a bit more from this.
