Pours a hazy golden yellow with a one-inch forth head that quickly falls to a white ring, some moderate lacing. Typical biscuity nose, small bit of straw and hay, suggestion of some corny sweetness. Cracker, yeasty, bready taste, not too bitter, but not overly sweet either - pretty balanced and crushable. Mouthfeel is round and pleasant, carbonation is a bit light, and finish is smooth.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that rapidly settled down, leaving just a small patch of bubbles in the center and a minuscule ring around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bready and pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of cracker and pale malts. Although no hop flavors are perceptible, there is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a little more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and is very malty compared to other beers in the style. I really liked how it was made with all malts and no adjuncts.
