A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down a bit but left a layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of orange blossom honey are present in the nose.
T: The taste has strong flavors of orange blossom honey with only a faint bit of associated sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer might seem a little one dimensional, but it has lots of aromas and flavors of orange blossom honey and is made drinkable as there are enough underlying hops to mask any sweetness.
