Colorful polka-dot label with info about the brewery.
Clear, pale straw yellow color, tight, tiny bubbled head with good lacing and retention.
Great aromas erupt when gently swirled, traditional noble hop nose with hints of spice and white icing sweetness.
Very Pilsner like nose to me if not for the spritz of wheat and yeast phenol's.
Flavor is sweeter than other Wit Bier(s) I've had, but I'm not a big fan of the style. This one I kinda like tho - not as funky or spiced but some coriander notes come on as it warms.
Tart wheat character meshes well with the herbs and hop spices while there is enough residual sweetness to balance the sharp and tart.
Light body start to finish with a long dry herbal finish.
