On tap at brewery:
A very clear amber copper beer with a fair head that dies hold its collar the whole glass, but without much lacing at all.
Nose shows a bit more toasted malt than the taste, but otherwise they’re fairly similar. Slightly sweet overall, but not to a bad degree. Caramel malt on the taste with a little bit of spice in the finish.
A mostly malt-driven version, this is an easy drinker that could be either a little drier or a little more bitter to gain a notch in 2-3 categories from me.
