After carefully crafting this Stout with a large variety of specialty malts and as much grain as our mash tun could hold, this pandemic put the brakes on this beer. To protect this special brew, our Brewmaster ‘Quarantined’ this Stout for 4 months in Buffalo Trace barrels, freshly emptied of our Chocolate Lab dessert wine.
