Pours hazy deep brownish red, yellowish white head is a quarter inch thick and retains well.
Smells of nutmeg, cinnamon, biscuit, caramel, and pie crust.
Flavor is biscuit, toffee, caramel, brown sugar, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and hints of leather and tobacco.
Medium to full body, light tingly carbonation on the tongue.
This is a pretty great winter warmer, a style I usually don't prefer. Lots of rich desert-like flavor over a nice malt body. Very much worth trying.
