This brewery is about 2 miles from my house. It sits in a little strip mall off of Route 30. I've been there twice. I am a fan of Brown ales and they offer a Nut Brown and a Breakfast Nut Brown. They let me taste both before I committed to the fee for a growler. Initially I decided to go sans coffee and I made my way home to enjoy.
I found the Nut Brown to be complex and full of flavor. It had depth and character that I wasn't really expecting from a brewery in Western PA. I enjoyed the growler although it was flat the next day. There wasn't more than a third left so... no big deal.
I headed up Route 30 later that week to try the Pumpkin offering. With an ABV of 8 and my recent success with the Nuts of Fury I wagered my $18 on a growler (from the last purchase) without a test tasting this time. I was not disappointed. It was also a very tasty beverage and not overdone with spices. The next day... the half of a growler that was left over... was flat.
While I found the two offerings from Fury to be above the bar.... I did not find that they exceeded the cost. While I liked both offerings, it seemed as though I was drinking the same beer but one had a pumpkin flavor. I also could not escape the taste of coffee in either offering. I don't know if it was from the tap lines or not, but I didn't enjoy it. It was distracting.
I've only had two beers from Fury. Admittedly they would taste kind of similar from any brewery, especially a small town brewery. I'm guessing that the coffee wasn't intentional and probably was picked up from the tap lines. If I liked coffee... I may have been overjoyed. In the end I had a good experience at a local brewery, that cost as much as the better breweries I've visited. I will offer that the girl that bartended both times was not engaging nor welcoming, but she wasn't abrasive either. May end up back there some day, but at the moment I'm satisfied leaving it where it ended.

Stopped in here just because I was nearby, I wasn't expecting too much since the place was basically brand new. I sat at the bar and there were like 3 or 4 other people drinking at the other end. The service was decent, they weren't super social at all, basically handed the beers to you and didn't really say too much. The selection is decent, some random styles on the list. All in all it wasn't my favorite place on earth but in time it may improve.
