A light amber colour with a good fluffy head of foam. A tad too dark for a tripel in my opinion, but still pretty. A full nose of spices, yeast, light fruits and malt, covered under a pleasant veil of alcohol. The taste has the same flavours and is also quite boozy. A strong alcohol profile can be a hit or miss, and this time, it's a hit, as the alcohol blends very well with the other flavours and enhances them. The full body, smoothness and alcohol warmth just add a bonus to the experience. A nice full spicy tripel. Drink this in colder months though: this is not a tripel for under the sun.
