We brewed this IPA specifically for those that are endlessly searching for unique hop flavor and aromatic expression. Intensely aromatic, Shatter Cone features a bouquet of strawberry, stonefruit, melon, and citrus. The palate is bright, crisp, and acidic with a punch of clean bitterness which gives way to a lemon/orange and concord grape profile overlaid on a neutral malt canvas.

Pours golden yellow haze with frothy 3 finger fluffy but quick fading head to small disappear clusters from can to tulip glass. Notes of pineapple, strawberry, stone fruit, lemon, melon and sweet orange laced with grape in a malty base with a perky IPA hop make this a really nice, interesting and complex IPA. 7% ABV. from Sonoma County. Fresh, tingly, slightly tart and bitter , cheers!

Too fruity/tropical for my preferences, I'd like more bitterness. Too close to being a bit sweet, not an IPA I'm likely to repeat unless there's some bitterness added to counter the sweetness/fruitiness.

This IPA has been around for a minute. This is gonna sound harsh but hear me out. It tastes like a watered down NE style DIPA. It's fruity and boozy but really mild overall. I don't know why but I really like it. It's refreshing and easy to drink. My only gripe is the boozyness is more malt liquor than fine wine.

My mom got this on tap at a pizzeria on our way to the redwoods in North Cali. I was very impressed. She liked it as well.
Surprisingly I found it at my local whole foods in LA county, so I'm guessing they're starting to distribute it a little more widely.
Pours with a transparent gold body and one finger of bone white head that persists eternally, leaving lacing on the glass in thick speckled bands. Great can art too.
Aromas of white peach, lemon, strawberry jam, concord grape, canary melon, mandarin and hemp.
Definitely a berry/melon forward fruit bomb. The bitterness here is quite restrained, with the strawberry, grape and yellow melon taking center stage, backed up by a hemp orchestra.
The feel is not as tart or crisp as I'd prefer, but it has a smooth texture and a nice peppery zing on the finish.
This is a unique and flavorful West Coast IPA that seems to be having some trouble finding its audience. I wish it luck in the future. There's great merit here. Cheers!

5th review. 1st of brewer. Found at Mission bodega in SF.
a) Clearer body, with yellow highlights, modest head and lace.
s/t ) Clean & Juicy as made in CA. Tropical and citrus abound, with some hemp, on sweeter, lighter side.
f) Nice clean feel, sessionable tho a bit sweet, not enough bittering?
o) Juicy, clean, bright.

Very nice IPA from some IPA fanatics. This one hits home as a good IPA with a nice attack, and it doesn't lost its character after a few. The taste is very light and I thought I tasted bacon? Otherwise a very even flavor that's trying to be champagne or something.

Nice golden color, pouring with an adequate head. Slight citrus note in the aroma. The hop flavor is light(ish), and a little later, but overall good.

I was given this to try from a friend...Well, it is definitely a different iteration of a an IPA. It is a very smooth drinking IPA that is almost too smooth to a fault. There is no characteristic Hoppyness/bitter kick at the finish. I almost forgot I was drinking an IPA...The only note that I noticed at the end was a hint of melon on the finish which helps with the smoothness...This is good for people looking for a twist of a different kind of IPA, but for me, not a go-to...
