Formerly known as "Mozacca".

This IPA is an IPA for hop heads. Each hop is loaded with essential oils redolent of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. Built upon a luxurious malt foundation and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Azacca and Simcoe, Megathrust bursts with flavors of mango, pineapple, papaya, and tangerine. This incredibly well-balanced IPA with a slick oily mouthfeel and the warmth of 7.5% ABV create an experience that demands a return trip. Enjoy!

On tap at local sushi bar. Served in a pint glass.

Looks great. It is a pale yellow/rust color, with a broken lace that sticks around for a long time. Not very hazy, and I've been spoiled by some local places with hazy IPAs, so that's the only part missing on the look. Love that unfiltered haze.

Smells good, with some light pine and vauge fruitiness. Smell is pretty basic, but still inticing.

Taste matches the smell very well. Pine leads to citrus, and it's just a well recieved beer. Not terribly complex, but solid. Flavor is great. So great, I just burped and liked it.

Mouth feel is top notch. It has just the right amount of carbonation for a solid IPA. It is a pleasure to sip, swirl, and swallow

All around, I hope to find this beer in more places. I'm located in California where this beer is made, so I look forward to a rise in it's popularity.

On tap -pours a clear yellow- gold with white head and a bit of lacing . Nose is a mix of citrus ,tropical fruit and piney hops. Taste follows with a bit of malty backbone. This is a fairly balanced ,straight forward IPA. Would drink again,if available.
