A - Light medium gold color with vibrant carbonation and a dense bright whiter layer of creamy foam resting on top.
S - Overall aroma is fruity and yeasty with pear, banana, and a little estery.
T - A little bit of malt sweetness up front and some fruity presence pear, banana, and a slight biot of apple along with a little hay mixed in. Ends balanced with some sweet malt residue but the bitterness builds after the sip to scrub away the sweetness. Nice finish!
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - This one is a surprise because of the bitter finish (which really makes this beer, IMO).
