A- golden orange in color, looks like you typical AIPA
S- not a lot going on here just smells like it is going to be very bitter!
T- BITTER, and very dry.
M- thin and very basic, destroys your palate with agressive bitterness
D- ok depending on what you like, if you like the ipa style then it is ok.

Appearance: pours a clear light copper color with a fluffy 3"+ head that slowly falls to a thick surface foam. Some spotty lacing develops.
Smell: soft pine bitterness is all the nose picks up.
Taste: you first notice the super strong grapefruit tones, while the malt sweetness and bitterness stay way behind. Some caramel candy comes through near the end, but this is a bit unbalanced.
Mouthfeel: crisp from start to finish. Aftertaste is a bit unpleasant with the long lingering citrus tones. Medium bodied.
Drinkability: not too good as I could not finish the bomber bottle. Just an unbalanced beer that doesn't do it for me.

Pours a crystal clear pale amber. The one finger of soapy, white, shortly-lived head is a bit disappointing.
With the initial pour there's a sharp grapefruit rind nose, a hint of spice, and some soft caramel malts in the back.
A rather reserved west coast AIPA this is. The slightly bready malt backbone is clearly present, and American citrus hops are prominent but not overpowering. It is a bit lacking, however, in hop flavor vs. hop bitterness.
The mouthfeel is medium and creamy - a bit heavier than expected actually (feels a bit more like a DIPA), but it's welcomed.
Solidly drinkable and an entirely decent IPA, this is worth a try...
