L: Very hazy, juicy golden color, quarter finger quickly dissipating head, thin lacing, no visible carbonation.
S: Juicy, Galaxy hops, tropical fruits. Heaven!
T: Juicy, Galaxy hops, tropical fruits. Leaves great aftertaste. But there is a weird roasty/bitter kind of taste on the forefront (can’t pinpoint exactly what it is - perhaps too many hops?), which totally ruins the excellent aftertaste. Super disappointed by this.
F: Medium bodied, full flavored.
O: This beer has the potential to become the best IPA in Greece. It’s a juicy New England IPA that could surprise anyone. But they need to remove this weird roasty/bitter flavor on the forefront and focus on the glory of the Galaxy hops :)
