This beer pours pale yellow and is hazy. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves no trace.
Pineapple and cinnamon aroma. It has a dessert smell.
Really tart. Pineapple and cinnamon flavor. I really like how sour this beer is.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
My first beer from Hightower. Excellent. Great sourness. The cinnamon is not overwhelming. The pineapple is great. Nice beer.
