From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74----Cheers DUDE!
This rather nice surprise for a lager pours a hazed straw color with a
nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and
sports some light lacing. Nose of lemon zest / citrus hops, breaded malts, lager
funk, and honey sweet malts. Flavors give ya what you are looking for in the style;
lightly sweet and citrus tart notes with grassy hops, lemon zest, honey sweet malts,
breaded malts, and light herbal notes. Medium light body, medium effervescent
carbonation, and a moderately clean finish.
Overall---excellent for the style and a quencher at that!
Cheers!

16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it but I got this shipped from Hightower a few days ago. Served in a Hightower Brewing pint glass, the beer pours a hazy pale gold color with about an inch off white head that stuck around a while. Decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like bready/grainy malt, tart and sweet apples. For the most part the taste is the same as the aroma, but there's also some grassy hops noticeable too. Apple flavor stands out to me. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good easy drinking brew, wouldn't mind trying this again in the future!
