Tasted in Kyrghyzstan, kegs delivered fron Omsk brewery. That's important: Korona is syndicated brewed at not less than 5 national & regional breweries, its quality varies.
Bright golden color, medium level of carbonation, huge white crown, plenty of lace.
Smell a bit unclear. But the start, with rich pale malts, make you respect this brew. Body big, rounded, dryish. Good balance of malts/hops, floral and herbal accents present, finish hoppy, a bit tart.
A decent beer. Recommended!

This "celebration" brew made me want to celebrate. It poured a beautiful deep clear gold under a firm, contoured white head that stuck around. There was nice lace and a healthy collar all the way down the glass. The only drawback was the smell: it was a bit tinny in the nose. It gave a good malty-sweet and prickly mouthfeel. The taste was just right: malt opening, balanced by lovely flowery hops in the close. The aftertaste was fresh and hoppy. Good brew!
