Smell is cracker, orange, light dankness, and a touch of pungent, bright and sharp Trillium-like apple cider vinegar yeast.
Taste is similar, with a touch more bitterness than expected, adding onion, pine and peppery yeast.
Medium body with a moderate froth and semi-dry to dry chew.
