Having this beer on tap at the brewery. Served to me and a tulip glass, this beer draws a fairly cloudy/hazy medium golden color with a nice, fluffy looking white head that’s about half an inch thick when first drawn and served served with good head retention and a nice lacing. Aromas of some bready malts, a bit of barnyard funk, and certainly some potato that adds a nice bit of sweetness. Not early much discernible hop presence in the aroma. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready malts, barnyard Funk, and the sweet potatoes. Just a touch of some earthy and herbal hops. Has a mostly crisp, also smooth, medium to full body mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and all the flavors linger nicely on my pallet for the aftertaste. A very solid beer here.

Chill fogged amber with a dense, white persistent finger of uniform foam.
In aroma, this comes across as far more Belgian than Saison or Farmhouse, with a ton of phenolic yeast, as well as some toasty banana bread.
Slightly tangy, but more spicy of Belgian yeast than anything--it's just too much. A savory sweet potato and pumpkin flavor runs in the background, and a light sweet corn helps to counteract that, but the spice is the take away.
Body is medium with a crisp, sharp carbonation, and a semi-dry finish.
