A delicious wit bier at 5.2% ABV offered in a pint can. Noble Beast is in downtown Cleveland and offers their own beer and very good pub food.
A hazy body that pours a pale yellow, thanks to unmalted Ohio wheat and oats. The pour produces a small head with minor lacing during the drinking.
Banana and clove dominate the aroma and flavor, though the expected coriander and orange peel elements are present. At 5.2% ABV this wit is almost sessionable and is a warm weather refresher with pleasant mouthfeel and sweetness that should be a crowd pleaser.

Poured from a can dated 6/7/21
Hazy yellow appearance with a 1 inch soapy head, slight lacing and thin veil
Aroma of yeasty banana bread, coriander and some citrus
Taste is bready, with layers of oat, banana, coriander and citrus
Mouthfeel is Pilsner like, light, refreshing, decent carbonation
Overall it hits all the notes of what you would expect of a Witbier
