Really attractive amber appearance
Medium carbonation, close to medium body
Aroma is bread, cereal, pear, earthyfloral hops
Taste is identical to aroma
A really well done beer that if I see again I would definitely get more

Sparkling gold with a densely puffy yet moderately short white foam head.
Flavor starts with a uniquely toasted corn quality, very reminiscent of a side dish in Peru made with delicately crisped longer brown corns we don't see in the states. This then comes to an interesting citrus hop note on the swallow, accented by a touch of plum ester before finishing semi-bitter overall. All these flavors are delicately subtle, but make for quite an enjoyably unique pilsner flavor profile.
Really clean, the fluffy medium body builds a fulfilling feel up front and through the middle palate, suddenly dissipating to a crisp, just dry finish with a mild bite.

Canned on 12/14/20. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a mild haze but still has solid clarity; small white head that fades leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are typical for the style. Some crackers and fresh bread. Hints of pear. Malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. More hints of pear along with some hints of green apple. Lots of fresh grass. More crackers, breads and grains. Solid bitterness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side of light-bodied, maybe even medium-bodied, with moderate to active carbonation. It's extremely fluffy, slightly creamy, slightly sharp, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a nice pilsner. It's a nice classic and traditional example of the style. Not much else to say. They did a nice job. Well done.

This brewery started canning offerings recently, which is great since no one can go drink their beers at the brewery or any other bars right now. Poured out of a 12 oz. can into one of my pokal glasses, this beer pours a clear, medium golden color with lots of streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly rising to the beer's surface. Head is initially well over an inch thick when first poured. Settles eventually to a nice thick film layer surface coating of foam along with a pretty thick ring lining the inside of the glass and excellent lacing. Aromas of bready malts with a touch of zest and spice and a nice floral hop presence. The flavors are pretty much the same, with bready malts with a touch of zest and spice and floral hop bitterness. Not a very complex flavor profile, but very spot on and tasty. Has a crisp, also smooth and frothy, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish.
