We used Haus Malts pale malt and malted oats along with flaked and malted wheat for a soft body and then hopped the willies outta it with Galaxy, Sabro, Vic Secret, and Citra. Quadruple dry hopping leaves lasting aromas of peach rings, pineapples, and tangerine. This batch has been lagering horizontally at below freezing temps for a couple weeks. It’s brewed like a hazy IPA but without too much worry for how hazy it stays. We like the crisp but mellow character that cold aging leaves behind. Lets those hops pop!
